Our brain modulates its tolerance to sound while we sleep, so we are not awaken by noises.
However, it does listen to all sounds. Even slight ones can wake it up, breaking its sleeping cycle, ruining our rest and even aggravating sleep disorders.
It is when we sleep that our brain consolidates memories and heals the immune system, among many other amazing things.

Knowing which sounds disturb us during the night is critical to detect and fix this problem.
However, recording a whole night and then listening to it is not very practical, is it?

Thats why we created iSleep, the App that records just sounds during the night.
When you wake up, it provides you with the list of sound clips recorded during the night.
It even approximates the amount of rest you got, based on sleep phases duration and the amount of noise recorded.
(Dont worry, we have tested it thoroughly and we never got weird voices recorded)
